Conquer Procrastination Program

The “Conquer Procrastination Program” is an 8 Module membership course that teaches you step-by-step how to overcome the habit of procrastinating, so that you can start getting more done in less time. It equips you with the strategies that you can apply to kick the procrastination habit and establish new habits that last.

The modules consist of 8 easy to follow videos that can be accessed directly from the Member’s area. You don’t have to be concerned with downloading them onto your computer before viewing them but can gain access to them straight away and from anywhere. You can follow the course in your own time and at your own pace.

The purpose of this lesson is to show you how to identify when you are working at your optimum capacity, also referred to as your Peak Productivity Window, so that you can maximise your productivity and achieve your full potential.

Module 5 – How To Eliminate Your Old Habits

In this module we are going to discuss in more depth some of the techniques that you can use to eliminate your old Procrastination patterns, and replace them with new and improved patterns, which will enable you to eliminate your Procrastination habit.

Module 6 – Becoming The New You

This lesson goes on to describe how you can maintain your new habits as well as the benefits that you can expect from overcoming your Procrastination Habit.

Module 7 – Settling Into The Changes

This module explains what to do when you find yourself getting caught up in your old bad habits, and how to get back on track without reverting back to your old habit of Procrastination.

Module 8 – Going Above And Beyond

In this module we will cover additional techniques to help even the most ardent Procrastinators overcome their Procrastination habits so that they can live a more fulfilling, happier and healthier life as a result.

By the end of the course you will have learnt plenty of tips and tricks to help you in conquering your procrastination habit, and start enjoying your work-life balance the way you were meant to.
